The aroma from this gem often wafts into the house. It reminds me of the sweetness of a honeysuckle flower. This plant was given to me as a gift, and I don’t even know what it’s called! When I received it, it was just a little guy, living in an eight inch pot. Now, after being transplanted into a larger pot, about 24 inches in diameter, it is still growing! It’s actually trying to bust out of the bottom of this pot.
This once little plant has grown into a four foot bush with these lovely little flowers all over it. The flowers look like little pinwheels, each with four petals. Often I will pick one to carry the lovely scent with me as I go off for my daily walk, twirling it as I go.
I wish I could describe in better words just how delicious is the aroma of this plant. If you happen to know the name of it, please send a comment, as I would love to know what to call it!
