Ingredients
- 1/3 C Chia Seeds
- 1 C Coconut Water
- 1/8 C Sliced Strawberries
- 1/8 C Blueberries
- 1/8 C Red Dragon Fruit Chopped
- 1 Slice of Starfruit and 1 Slice of Lime on top to garnish.
- Can substitute other fruits of your choice
Instructions
- Start by placing the chia seeds into a clean, pint-size Mason jar.
- Add the coconut water and stir until the seeds are evenly distributed.
- Add the fruit and stir again.
- Seal it with the lid and refrigerate for about an hour until the seeds turn to gel.
Notes
- It’s nice to make this in the evening so you have it first thing in the morning for breakfast on the run.
