Ingredients
  1. 1/3 C Chia Seeds
  2. 1 C Coconut Water
  3. 1/8 C Sliced Strawberries
  4. 1/8 C Blueberries
  5. 1/8 C Red Dragon Fruit Chopped
  6. 1 Slice of Starfruit and 1 Slice of Lime on top to garnish.
  7. Can substitute other fruits of your choice
Instructions
  1. Start by placing the chia seeds into a clean, pint-size Mason jar.
  2. Add the coconut water and stir until the seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Add the fruit and stir again.
  4. Seal it with the lid and refrigerate for about an hour until the seeds turn to gel.
Notes
  1. It’s nice to make this in the evening so you have it first thing in the morning for breakfast on the run.
