Buttercups
  1. 2 C Wheat Berries, Soaked in a bowl of water for 24 hours
  2. 1 Head of Butter Lettuce
  3. 3-4 different Vegetables of your choice
  4. 1 Small Package of Sprouts of your choice
Thai Dressing
  1. 2 T Peanut Butter
  2. 8 Dates, Soaked, seeded and chopped
  3. 8 T Braggs Aminos
  4. Juice of 1 Lemon
  5. 2 t Flax Oil
Instructions
  1. Sprout 2 cups of wheat berries in a bowl of water for 24 hours.
  2. Rinse and drain well.
  3. Wash and drain a head of butter lettuce.
  4. Place two lettuce cups, one inside the other on each plate.
  5. Add a scoop of soaked and drained wheat berries.
  6. Add your choice of veggies, chopped small.
  7. Blend dressing ingredients.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the top of each buttercup right before serving.
  9. ENJOY!
Notes
  1. You can experiment with other grains such as rye berries or oat berries.
