Buttercups
- 2 C Wheat Berries, Soaked in a bowl of water for 24 hours
- 1 Head of Butter Lettuce
- 3-4 different Vegetables of your choice
- 1 Small Package of Sprouts of your choice
Thai Dressing
- 2 T Peanut Butter
- 8 Dates, Soaked, seeded and chopped
- 8 T Braggs Aminos
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 t Flax Oil
Instructions
- Sprout 2 cups of wheat berries in a bowl of water for 24 hours.
- Rinse and drain well.
- Wash and drain a head of butter lettuce.
- Place two lettuce cups, one inside the other on each plate.
- Add a scoop of soaked and drained wheat berries.
- Add your choice of veggies, chopped small.
- Blend dressing ingredients.
- Drizzle the dressing over the top of each buttercup right before serving.
- ENJOY!
Notes
- You can experiment with other grains such as rye berries or oat berries.
