Ingredients
  1. 2 C Dates, chopped
  2. 2 C Almonds, chopped chunky-style
  3. 2 C Carob Chips
Instructions
  1. Chop the dates and place in mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chopped almonds and the carob chips.
  3. Massage the ingredients together until they stick together and form a large ball.
  4. Make small balls by rolling out about a half of a handful.
  5. Try to keep them all the same size.
Notes
  1. These are delicious and my guests always love them. I keep them in the freezer for friends who drop in unexpectedly or for those times when I need a bite of chocolate! These carob delights also make a great breakfast on the run.
