Ingredients
- 2 C Dates, chopped
- 2 C Almonds, chopped chunky-style
- 2 C Carob Chips
Instructions
- Chop the dates and place in mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped almonds and the carob chips.
- Massage the ingredients together until they stick together and form a large ball.
- Make small balls by rolling out about a half of a handful.
- Try to keep them all the same size.
Notes
- These are delicious and my guests always love them. I keep them in the freezer for friends who drop in unexpectedly or for those times when I need a bite of chocolate! These carob delights also make a great breakfast on the run.
