Ingredients
  1. 1 Avocado, chopped
  2. 1 handful of Macadamia Nuts (local - Big Island)
  3. 1/2 C Dona’s Cashew Dressing
Dona's Cashew Dressing
  1. 2 C Raw Cashews
  2. 1 Clove Garlic
  3. 1/4 C Lemon Juice
  4. 1 t Dried Parsley
  5. 2 T Raw Honey
  6. 1/4 C water, if needed
For the dressing
  1. Process the nuts in a food processor until fine.
  2. Add the garlic clove, lemon juice, parsley, honey and blend until smooth.
  3. Add a little water at a time until you get the consistency that you like.
For the dressing
  1. If you prefer to make a Macadamia Dressing, use macadamia nuts instead.
