Ingredients
- 1 Avocado, chopped
- 1 handful of Macadamia Nuts (local - Big Island)
- 1/2 C Dona’s Cashew Dressing
Dona's Cashew Dressing
- 2 C Raw Cashews
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/4 C Lemon Juice
- 1 t Dried Parsley
- 2 T Raw Honey
- 1/4 C water, if needed
For the dressing
- Process the nuts in a food processor until fine.
- Add the garlic clove, lemon juice, parsley, honey and blend until smooth.
- Add a little water at a time until you get the consistency that you like.
For the dressing
- If you prefer to make a Macadamia Dressing, use macadamia nuts instead.
