Ingredients
- 1 1/3 C Almonds
- 2 t Coconut Oil
- 3 T Cacao Powder
- 1 T Maca Powder
- 5 Dates
- 24 Small Cup Cake Papers
Instructions
- Mix almonds in a food processor until you get a flour-like mix.
- Add coconut oil and then process again.
- Add the cacao and maca powder and blend well.
- Add the dates and blend thoroughly.
- Form into balls and place into little cupcake papers.
Notes
- This makes a pretty display when served to your guests. I keep a baggie of them in the freezer for a quick, healthy and hearty snack.
