Ingredients
Crust
  1. 1 1/2 C Sprouted buckwheat Grouts
  2. 2/3 C Ground Flax Seeds
  3. 1/4 C Olive Oil
  4. 2/3 C Carrot Pulp
  5. 4 Cloves of Peeled Garlic
  6. 2 t Ground Basil
  7. 2 t Ground Oregano
Marinara Sauce
  1. 1 C Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
  2. 1/2 C sun dried tomatoes (no oil), chopped
  3. 1 t Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
  4. 1/4 C Onion, chopped
  5. 1/2 t Fresh Garlic, chopped
  6. 6 Dates, pitted and chopped
  7. 4 Fresh Large Basil Leaves
  8. 1 t Sea Salt
Macadamia Nut Dressing
  1. 1 C Macadamia Nuts, Soaked for 4-6 hours and drained
  2. 1 C Cashews, Soaked for 4-6 hours and drained
  3. 1/2 C Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
  4. 1 Clove Garlic, Peeled
  5. 1 t Sea Salt
  6. 1/2 C Water
Instructions
Crust
  1. Put all ingredients info processor, blend for one minute.
  2. Add additional spices if needed.
  3. Blend.
  4. Spread onto solid dehydrator sheet.
  5. Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 5-6 hours.
  6. Transfer to the mesh sheet and dehydrate for another 4 hours or to your liking.
  7. Top with Mac Cream, Marinara Sauce and veggies of your choice.
  8. Enjoy!
Marinara Sauce
  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor except the sun dried tomatoes and the dates.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Add the sun dried tomatoes and the dates.
  4. Blend again.
  5. Add a little olive oil if needed for consistency.
  6. You can use this sauce as a pizza sauce or pour over zucchini noodles.
Macadamia Nut Dressing
  1. Blend the nuts in a food processor and add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend until creamy.
  3. You may want to add more water for a thinner consistency.
