Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 C Sprouted buckwheat Grouts
- 2/3 C Ground Flax Seeds
- 1/4 C Olive Oil
- 2/3 C Carrot Pulp
- 4 Cloves of Peeled Garlic
- 2 t Ground Basil
- 2 t Ground Oregano
Marinara Sauce
- 1 C Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 C sun dried tomatoes (no oil), chopped
- 1 t Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
- 1/4 C Onion, chopped
- 1/2 t Fresh Garlic, chopped
- 6 Dates, pitted and chopped
- 4 Fresh Large Basil Leaves
- 1 t Sea Salt
Macadamia Nut Dressing
- 1 C Macadamia Nuts, Soaked for 4-6 hours and drained
- 1 C Cashews, Soaked for 4-6 hours and drained
- 1/2 C Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 Clove Garlic, Peeled
- 1 t Sea Salt
- 1/2 C Water
Instructions
Crust
- Put all ingredients info processor, blend for one minute.
- Add additional spices if needed.
- Blend.
- Spread onto solid dehydrator sheet.
- Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 5-6 hours.
- Transfer to the mesh sheet and dehydrate for another 4 hours or to your liking.
- Top with Mac Cream, Marinara Sauce and veggies of your choice.
- Enjoy!
Marinara Sauce
- Add all ingredients into a food processor except the sun dried tomatoes and the dates.
- Blend well.
- Add the sun dried tomatoes and the dates.
- Blend again.
- Add a little olive oil if needed for consistency.
- You can use this sauce as a pizza sauce or pour over zucchini noodles.
Macadamia Nut Dressing
- Blend the nuts in a food processor and add the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until creamy.
- You may want to add more water for a thinner consistency.
