Ingredients
  1. 1 C Sunflower Seeds, ground
  2. 1 C Carrot Pulp
  3. 1/2 C Celery, minced
  4. 2 T Red Pepper, minced
  5. 6 T Onion, minced
  6. 2 T Parsley, minced
  7. 1 t Sea Salt
  8. 3 T Flax Seeds, ground
  9. 6 T Water
Mix the following ingredients together in a bowl
  1. Sunflower seeds, carrot pulp, celery, red pepper, onion, parsley and salt.
  2. Blend ground flax seeds and water together.
  3. Combine with the vegetables.
  4. Wash blender immediately or the flax will cake on and be hard to wash off.
  5. Add a little water if necessary to the mixture so that you can form it into patties.
  6. Makes six patties. Dehydrate burgers for 5-6 hours at 95 degrees.
Notes
  1. Serve on a bed of lettuce with sliced onion and tomatoes.
  2. Top with Mac Dressing.
