Ingredients
- 1 C Sunflower Seeds, ground
- 1 C Carrot Pulp
- 1/2 C Celery, minced
- 2 T Red Pepper, minced
- 6 T Onion, minced
- 2 T Parsley, minced
- 1 t Sea Salt
- 3 T Flax Seeds, ground
- 6 T Water
Mix the following ingredients together in a bowl
- Sunflower seeds, carrot pulp, celery, red pepper, onion, parsley and salt.
- Blend ground flax seeds and water together.
- Combine with the vegetables.
- Wash blender immediately or the flax will cake on and be hard to wash off.
- Add a little water if necessary to the mixture so that you can form it into patties.
- Makes six patties. Dehydrate burgers for 5-6 hours at 95 degrees.
Notes
- Serve on a bed of lettuce with sliced onion and tomatoes.
- Top with Mac Dressing.
